It doesn’t take a lot of money to make your party better. You can achieve a classy look with tin cans, wrapping paper, ribbon and polka dot bandannas. Submerge flowers in water for a twist on your floral arrangements. Highlight your arrangement with votive candles. Have a suitcase or trunk of dress up clothes, boas, evening gloves, lots of faux pearls, feathers, etc. They can be just decoration or as photo props.
